Your Role

The SVP Operational Excellence is responsible for ensuring optimal productivity by designing, implementing, and monitoring business processes across the Talent Solutions global business. They will:
  • work in partnership with Regional Managing Directors and Service Delivery Directors to review existing service agreements, cascade effective working practices throughout the business to share expertise and identify areas which would positively benefit from service transformation initiatives
  • utilisation of the established organizational change model/methodology and execute change management strategies and plans in support of business transformation initiatives
  • provide a governance structure to ensure accountability and predictability of the outcomes of each transformation initiative.
  • drive strategic planning business, process enhancement, operational excellence
  • to leverage project management, leadership, and product expertise to guide multiple teams, ensuring efficient operations and an overall productive and successful working environment for HTS employees.

  • Provide a governance structure to ensure accountability and predictability of the outcomes of each transformation initiative

Operational:

  • Act as Global SME for Operational rigour, efficiency, and governance
  • Owner of Operational Global Operating Method (GOM) toolkit and accountable for updating the SharePoint site to ensure the business have accurate and up to date collateral always
  • Monitor the collateral that is being utilised and what requires a refresh and coach our teams to ensure they are using the correct tools
  • Monitor the responses to the Operational Client RAG reports, and work with the account teams to improve performance where we have been marked as a red or amber on the Client Score Card
  • Provide timely reports to the Global Managing Director on transformation performance
  • Ensure transformation projects are documented and communicated effectively
  • Ensure transformation projects are designed to reflect the optimal HTS Target Operating Model (TOM), considerations being taken to select the most effective end to end recruitment process as per client requirements and to optimise productivity at all times
  • Ensure new client and client expansions are implemented in line with the GOM and TOM, documenting any conscious and approved deviations as appropriate and ensuring
  • Record and report on activity and progress at regular management meetings
