Salary: $100-150K Base salary
Job type: Direct-hire / Permanent
Location: Corona, CA, US
What You Will Be Doing - Coordinate all phases of day-to-day jobsite construction, adhere to all jobsite safety regulations, including OSHA safety compliance
- Effective communication with Project Manager regarding any performance issues, events, and daily progress.
- Work closely with Project Manager in the billing process including subcontractor, material supplier and Owner bills.
- Monitor and manage all staff and subcontractors on site
- Manage & maintain construction schedule to ensure that work is performed according to the contract documents and provide weekly updates
- Ability to understand and follow multi-family apartment construction plans, blueprints, specifications, and warranty standards
- Insure that as-built working drawings are maintained as well as current drawings log and revision log and communicating these to the subcontractors
- Responsible for coordinating inspections, completing daily reports, verify material delivery quantities, revisions and red-line plan modifications
- Capable of communicating with Owner on construction progress, effectively communicate construction techniques to improve current methods, as well as communicate matters pertaining to materials, scheduling, and personnel
What You Need for this Position - 5-10 years as superintendent (3-year multi-family housing required)
- Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Familiar with MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook and ProCore
- 30 Hour OSHA Certified (pref.), First Aid and CPR Certified
- Knowledge of multi-family industry, construction principles, practices, and codes for residential construction
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- LEED AP and/or prior LEED a plus
