As the Superintendent, you will lead the day to day labor, equipment and materials your construction crews ensuring compliance with safety, quality, costs and schedule. With experience across civil construction, you'll be a proven performer across site layout, earth moving, utility installation, traffic control and paving operations.

You will have a strong attitude to adhering to safety ensuring your crew abides by the companies policies. Strong foresight using your expertise to look ahead on scheduling activities and identifying potential delays. You will be ambitious to deliver productivity requirement and find opportunities to find cost saving results. As a Paving Superintendent its expected you will have 5+ years of experience as a Foreman / Superintendent delivering a range of Heavy Civil Concrete, Utilities, Earthworks, Sitework. Degree qualifications are ideal but not essential.
