Overview

The Insmed Summer Internship Program gives students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment in the pharmaceutical industry, receive mentoring from highly skilled professionals, and work on dynamic team projects. Our 12-week 2024 Summer Intern program is a full-time (40 hours per week), paid internship. The HCP Marketing, MBA Intern will support Insmed products as part of the US Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity with the possibility of working on pre-launch tasks in which you will contribute to projects and initiatives with a meaningful impact for patients with bronchiectasis.

Responsibilities

Additional representative responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:

• Develop strategic and tactical plan for evolution of bronchiectasis HCP digital marketing campaign
• Lead implementation of new digital marketing initiatives and tactics, including email CRM
• Research, evaluate, and recommend innovative marketing strategies (e.g., new tactics, channels, resources)
• Collaborate on creation of product communications and marketing campaigns to support future product launch

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited MBA program with a target graduation date between December 2024 - May 2025
• At least 3 years of prior work experience required
• High level understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred
• Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and videoconferencing software (Teams, Zoom)
• Must successfully exhibit Insmed's five (5) corporate values: Collaboration, Accountability, Passion, Integrity & Respect; along with any other position specific competencies.
• Individuals must demonstrate the ability to interact successfully in a dynamic and culturally diverse workplace.

Travel Requirements

Up to 15% travel, both domestic and/or international, with periods of 50% and more travel.

Salary Range

Insmed takes into consideration a combination of candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required in the role, and external market and internal value when determining a salary level for potential new employees.

The base salary range for this job is from $47,840.00 to $52,000.00 per year

Compensation & Benefits

Eligible for paid company holidays during the intern program.

Hourly Rate: $40
