PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The Services Transformation Office (STO) spearheads activities to transform services across Inspire Brands to improve, streamline, and maximize processes to enable a scaled, multi-brand support platform.

The STO analysis team engages with department leaders to identify transformation opportunities, validate the potential benefits, and conduct analysis/requirements gathering for such opportunities. After analysis completion, use-cases are built and presented to our development team to create solutions (using tools such as Robotic Process Automation) as seen fit.

This internship will provide an opportunity to work on specific STO analysis support activities over a 12 week period, primarily focused on following several use-cases through our use-case lifecycle end-to-end (process identification>analysis>development>testing>go-live).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct end-to-end business process analysis, following established STO procedures and conventions, on 3-4 'use-cases'.
• Support STO with auditing existing use-case and updating security/infrastructure documentation
• Collaborate with other STO Analysis team members in use-case and documentation reviews.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

• Required Minimum: Incoming Undergrad Sophomore
• Preferred: Incoming Undergrad Junior or higher, pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems or Business Analysis

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:

• Required Minimum: Microsoft Office, familiarity with MS Visio or other flow-chart tools.

Preferred:

• Experience in Retail or Service Industries
• Exposure to business analysis and process improvement
• Exposure to a 'Shared-Service' function (Accounting, Finance, HR, etc.)
• Familiarity with Lean Tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) a plus.
