As an Intern, you will work closely with the People Strategy Partner team and collaborate with HR Centers Of Excellence (COE) partners (Talent and Learning, Global Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations) to support employees and leaders in relation to key projects. You will have solid HR Generalist knowledge, experience in connecting human capital metrics to business solutions, and an aptitude for creative problem-solving. We will expect you to collect and analyze information using HR systems (Workday, etc.) to share insights and trends with the People Strategy team and the business as needed. Among your responsibilities will be drafting communications and using multiple mediums to convey key people programs and initiatives; completing special projects, setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; and developing and organizing information.
Whilst you may not have professional work experience, we are looking for you to bring the following general skills to the table:
Pursuing a B.A/B. S Business, Management, Human Resources, or related field. Graduate degree acceptable as well.
Ability to confidently use Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Office programs.
Learns on the fly, comfortable operating in ambiguity.
Strong communication skills - help manage expectations, give real-time feedback, clarifies for alignment and understanding, appreciate other points of view, and an active listener.
Self-starter with ability to be resourceful, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Accountable for results; takes pride in delivering projects that are polished and thoughtful.
