Description
Ice Joint Venture, a joint venture between LB&B Associates Inc. (LB&B) and Integrated Systems Development Corporation (iSystems) has an immediate opening for a Stationary Engineer at our contract at the Goodfellow Federal Center in St. Louis, MO. Hourly Pay Rate: $34.87 per hour.

The Stationary Engineer operates and maintains one or more systems that provide an establishment with such services as heat, air-conditioning, refrigeration, steam or high temperature water or electricity. Duties involve: observing and interpreting readings on gauges, meters and charts which register various aspects of the system's operation, adjusting controls to insure safe and efficient operation of the system and to meet demands for the service provided, recording in logs various aspects of the system's operation, keeping the machinery and equipment of the system in good working order. Experience with water treatment and water softeners is preferred. Must have a minimum of 5 years journeyman level experience as a Stationary Engineer. Must have prior experience and working knowledge of Central Plant Equipment (chillers, boilers, thermal storage, pumps, heat exchangers) HVAC Systems, Building Automation Systems, Life Safety Systems, Utility Services, Electrical Power Distribution and Plumbing/Facility Maintenance.

Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
