Adecco is currently seeking an energetic, trustworthy individual to join our team as a Staffing Specialist in Champaign, IL. Candidates will work to execute various steps of the placement cycle for customers and orders while complying with company policy, employment law and code of business conduct.

Responsibilities for this job include:

  • Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for job assignments
  • Schedule specific number of interviews daily
  • Complete spreadsheet requirements daily
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Answer phone calls and make copies of paperwork as directed
  • Facilitate Adecco - specific on-boarding process
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and completing modules assigned by Office Manager.
  • Must have the ability to work in a team environment and by self and stay focused on tasks
  • Ability to take & follow directions
  • Must speak with customers and associates in professional manner and not be confrontational
    • Qualifications for this position are:
  • Minimum one-year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is required
  • Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks
  • Bilingual is a plus
