Sr. Superintendent ATL, GA - (up to $200k Salary + bonus) We are a Developer with a large footprint that has steadily grown throughout the years and we have a specific focus in building new multi-family properties. We are looking to bring on an experienced Senior Superintendent to to our team in ATL, GA. What You Will Be Doing - Student housing, Garden-Style, mid-rise apartment projects
- Scheduling, Staffing
- MEP, Slab, Finishes etc.
What You Need for this Position - wide array of experience with student housing, Garden-Style, mid-rise apartment projects
- 8+ years of Superintendent experience
- 10+ Completed Multi-family Projects
- High School Diploma, Bachelors preferred
