We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to play a pivotal role in shaping the design and development of our intricate web-based and mobile-friendly applications. This individual will collaborate closely with business teams, gathering specifications, charting roadmaps, managing backlogs, overseeing development, ensuring continuous code integration, and delivering solutions within established parameters of scope, budget, and timeline.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Take charge of planning, designing, and developing responsive web and backend applications, showcasing expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various business-supporting systems.
• Steer the entire software development process from inception to deployment.
• Conduct thorough testing and documentation of software modifications and enhancements, collaborating with QA to maintain high-quality results.
• Ensure cross-platform interoperability by crafting custom APIs for internal ERP and other business systems.
• Engage with decision-makers, system owners, and end users to define business requirements, provide estimates, and address business system issues.
• Contribute to strategic planning within business groups.
• Review and endorse project ideas, offering technological input and prescribing application solutions aligned with business requirements and technology standards.
• Direct and oversee project development, including requirements and design specifications, timelines, task assignment, code reviews, documentation reviews, test reviews, and production readiness reviews.
• Evaluate and approve changes to the application development strategies and toolsets.
• Participate in planning and estimating strategic initiatives.
• Assist in work assignments for junior-level application developers and offshore contractors.
• Conduct code reviews for junior developers and offshore contractors.
• Maintain expertise in evolving technologies and share insights to stay abreast of the latest technology trends.
• Undertake responsibilities for gap assessment, vendor reviews, estimates, and product recommendations in software selection projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, AND/OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software development in roles such as Designer, Senior Developer, Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, Development Project Lead, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework 4, Web Forms, C#, and VB.Net.
• Experience with RESTful Services/WEB API.
• Competence in configuring and optimizing web servers (IIS or Apache) and performance tuning in SQL Server.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies including JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, and third-party libraries such as VUE, Angular, and Razor Pages.
• Experience in MS Azure architecture and design, utilizing IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models, and developing Azure cloud-hosted web apps using containers (Docker with Kubernetes).
• Background in architecting and designing highly integrated applications.
• Proven ability in gathering requirements, defining scope, and creating functional specifications estimable across multiple options or approaches.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with APM apps like New Relic, Dynatrace, etc.
• Familiarity with mobile development using cross-platform tools such as Xamarin
