We are an award winning commercial contractor looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Austin & Houston. We have been in business for over 50 years and are incredibly active within our community.

We are actively hiring a Senior Project Manager, Senior Superintendent, Estimator & Senior Estimator (all must have extensive ground up commercial experience). Please email your resume to ciera.mayes@cybercoders.com
What You Will Be Doing As a Senior Project Manager, you will be overseeing projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities include (not limited to):
- Supervising Project Engineers
- Reading blue prints, structural drawings, plan sets, etc.
- Create/update budget
- Prep/present proposals
- Work closely with Senior PM's and Exec's to negotiate contracts
- Conduct onsite meetings
- Support quality control
- Interviewing/hiring employees
- Planning, assigning, directing work
- Reviewing performance
- Addressing/resolving issues
What You Need for this Position - 20+ years Project Management experience with Commercial GC
- Experience with projects > $10 M
- Ground up construction experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (or related)
- Effective leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to negotiate with subcontractors & clients
- Excellent communication, organization & teamwork skills
- Proficient at document interpretation & project schedule preparation
- Knowledge of construction means and methods
