The Sr Program Manager is responsible for planning and leading the assay development road map and provide guidance for programs to successfully drive the business forward through agreed upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives. Translate the strategy into tangible outcomes via effective program management methods and tools. Drive new product development, launch, and lifecycle product management activities. Work closely with Biochip R&D Unit leadership, cross-functional teams, and product managers to plan and execute scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for assay and consumable products.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the cross-functional coordination of teams to ensure alignment and proper resourcing and prioritization of innovation/NPD projects.
  • Lead and execute innovation program(s).
  • Lead and execute NPDs projects around sustainment.
  • Participate in the development and continuous improvement on best practices for project execution and talent development for PMO.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives to strengthen competencies across PMO

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree required 8 years of experience or a Master's Degree with 6 years of experience in Science, Life Sciences, Engineering and/or Business Administration
  • PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred
  • Medical device and/or In Vitro Diagnostic product launch experience is highly preferred
  • Experience leading products through the CFDA process
