What's the role?

The Partner Product Marketing Sr. Manager will lead the creation and execution of product marketing strategic plans and related GTM deliverables for strategic and solution partnerships that tie into HERE sales and marketing strategies critical to revenue growth. In close collaboration with Partner Marketing, this role has accountability for a data-driven, partner product marketing strategy backed by market research and buyer intelligence, and activated with clear and compelling joint value propositions in alignment with HERE priority markets and industries. This role will be accountable for building relationships across HERE stakeholders and with partners to foster a best-in-class product partner marketing competency that accelerates growth in partner generated pipeline and revenue.

Increase pipeline and revenue growth through focused engagement with partners: Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales and Product Management to define target account lists, joint priority solutions, effective engagement strategies and differentiated content
Drive awareness and engagement among direct and partner sales channels: Interpret joint solution capabilities, market insights and buyer intelligence to provide stakeholders with a voice of the customer and a deep understanding of the value of the partnership
Build a partner product marketing competency: Instill a programmatic approach for building joint solution messaging and partner enablement, and bring new solutions to market through PLMF to scale partner engagement and to maximize effectiveness
Drive clarity around the value HERE products bring to each partner solution: Define joint solution positioning and messaging that is differentiated, defensible, clear, drives action and is leverageable by HERE sales and partners as well as other Brand functions
Arm sales and partners with knowledge and tools: Ensure market-facing content and sales collateral clearly articulates the value the joint solutions and HERE as a strategic partner to help drive sales success
Measure effectiveness of joint solutions and engagement strategies: Align KPIs with Partner Marketing and Sales, and strive toward transparent, data-driven insights for effective performance tracking through SFDC and Marketo

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a team of experienced product marketing managers focused on growing pipeline and revenue with strategic and solution partners, including cloud platform providers, ISVs and SIs
  • In partnership with Industry Solutions, Industry Leads, and Partner Marketing, manage and oversee the integrated product marketing strategy and plan to drive pipeline and revenue with prioritized partners, and provide market feedback to help shape the global partner strategy
  • Collaborate with Industry Solutions and Industry Leads to support engagement strategies in support of Tier I, "must win" accounts where a partner is in play
  • Create and execute a team mandate to develop clear and compelling joint value props that are used at the foundation of HERE marketing campaigns, the HERE partner portal for self-serve marketing, and to improve effectiveness of sales/partner enablement
  • Enable the team to engage in the HERE PLMF process in cases where HERE is building a new, joint solution with a strategic partner or is engaging in deep integration to extend an existing solution
  • Drive buyer intelligence and identify market research to maximize engagement strategies for partner pipeline and revenue growth for existing partners and to target "next up" partners and accounts
  • Support transparent, data-driven insights for effective performance tracking through SFDC and Marketo
  • Provide insight to industry / regional database of key competitors within their respective areas of focus in collaboration with MI


Who are you?

  • 10+ years of technology product management or product marketing experience in a leadership role, preferably in a recurring B2B services model. Experience in B2C business environment would be an add on.
  • Significant experience within the platform economy
  • Significant experience in market launching differentiated solutions that target multiple enterprise contacts
  • High motivation level and appetite for fast-paced team environment; readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
  • Demonstrated strong listening and collaboration skills for uncovering both market opportunities and sales needs
  • Networks effectively across the organization and within cross-functional teams (sales, product management, R&D, Services, Corporate Strategy ...)
  • Experience working with technology products that have targeted developers with cloud-based services.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and influencing skills
  • Proven experience persuading both internal and external individuals on the value of a solution
  • Experience managing a large global team and performing in a matrixed organization
  • Advanced degree in business management highly preferred

  • Ability to travel 30-40%
