Partners are a key channel for growing Paypal's two-sided network of sellers and buyers. Join the team developing end-to-end payment solutions targeted at rapidly growing online platforms. We are building and delivering capabilities that enable platforms owners and their participants to seamlessly onboard, process payments, disburse funds and expand globally with PayPal.

Meet Our Team:
Responsible for enabling revenue for Strategic Partners globally. Work cross-functionally with various teams such as Sales, GPS, CSM and Platform product teams to extend the Paypal Commerce Platform while meeting E2E needs of Strategic Partners.

    • Translate the Paypal Commerce Vision for Strategic Partners into a roadmap, author product requirements and guide an agile team to build and refine capabilities, meeting milestone dates, driving decisions and escalating appropriately
    • Meet the E2E product needs of leading partners with Sales and GPS while working cross-organizationally with teams such as onboarding, operations, treasury, legal, compliance, risk management, reporting and other functional areas to extend the capabilities of the Paypal Commerce Platform
    Your day to day:

    • Identify and address product gaps with live integrations
    • Effectively communicate strategies & trade-offs up to senior leaders and down to development teams
    • Own product commitments and outcomes to stakeholders
    • Manage and report status on projects. Ensure timely and accurate completion
    • Support GTM activities including the development of documentation, training and playbooks enabling various Paypal teams to successfully support our leading Partners globally

    What do you need to bring:

    • 5-7 years' experience with software or technology product management - 8+ years of related professional experience preferable in payments or financial services
    • Organizational skills, plus ability to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration in multiple geographies
    • Strong attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
    • Verbal and written communication skills
    • Business acumen and an ability to think strategically
    • Team player; ability to interface and build relations at all levels internally and externally
    • Sense of humor
    • Experience with analytics, focus groups and local market research to identify customer pain points and make product decisions and iterate rapidly preferred
