Job Description Summary:
The PayPal Sales Technology organization is responsible for implementing a strategic, comprehensive platform for the Sales organization based on the Salesforce suite of products. The Product Management team is responsible for managing the entire life cycle of new products from product requirements to solution design, testing, and implementation. We are also responsible for managing and improving our existing product offerings within our Salesforce Platform.
As a Senior Technical Product Manager in this space, you will collaborate with the business to create strategic, multi year product roadmaps. You will gather and document business requirements/user stories, participate in solution designs , testing, and delivery of world-class products and experiences to our Sales, Customer Success, and other partner organizations. You will define project KPI's related to the product effectiveness. You will collaborate with multi-functional areas across PayPal and different regions, including Sales, Pricing, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Risk. You will also work closely with Development and QA teams in an agile environment.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate and work cross functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Global Professional Services, development/engineering teams, QA teams, and other stakeholders
  • Drive product delivery by building end to end solutions with a team of world-class engineers and designers
  • Think strategically and creatively to gather product and customer insights and help define the Product Vision and Strategy and translate that into product roadmaps.
  • Translate business needs to technical specifications to guide the system development teams
  • Drive new product capabilities from initial concept to successful delivery and internal adoption
  • Implement data-driven business decisions to meet analytical and operational reporting needs supported within the Salesforce platform

Basic Requirements:
  • Must have earned a Bachelor's or Master's in MIS, Analytics, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Technical Product Management
  • Familiarity of data visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce, Einstein Analytics)
  • Experience working in product discovery with technical and nontechnical teams
  • Knowledge of, and passion for, Agile/Scrum and ability to apply it in a practical way
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork experience
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities - focus on what really matters and deliver results
  • Knowledge or working experience in any aspect of technology is a plus
  • Experience with Jira and Clarizen documenting user stories and working in sprints a plus
  • Experience working with payments industry is a plus
