Sr Network/System Engineer If you are a 5+yr Network/System Engineer with a current CCNP, please read on!
Top Reasons to Work with Us --This is a 6 month contract, then likely to extend up to 2 or 3 years--
--Must be full-time onsite in Sunnyvale, CA--
--Rate range: 1099 or C2C = $80 - $100. W2 = $70 - $90--
--Must be a US Person--
What You Need for this Position "Minimum 5 - 7 years network/system engineering.
" Current CCNP
" Principles and practices of ITSM (IT Service Management) systems
" Network traffic and performance parameters, understanding telecommunications theory and practice

It is a plus if you have:
"Cybersecurity experience
What You Will Be Doing - Manage server and storage platforms, network infrastructure, VoIP system, desktops and laptops, emergency and non-emergency radios, and operating systems for all hardware, desktop applications and email
- Perform a variety of network support functions for the department, such as troubleshooting routing and switching problems, network hardware replacement and IOS updates, monitor network and recommend/implement network enhancements, and ensure network up-time and optimization
- Respond to cybersecurity issues and remediate in a timely manner as instructed
- Communicate effectively, written/verbal; translate between technical and non-technical terms
