As a Sr Mgr Drug Safety & Public Health - III, you will:

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional with excellent communication skills to join the real-world evidence team at client.
The successful candidate will have a background in healthcare and a strong understanding of observational research and real-world data. Experience in drug development is a plus. This role will support internal engagement with both global and affiliate teams to elevate the scientific quality of observational research.

Key Responsibilities
• Support integrated evidence planning in early phase development (development of playbook (IEP execution team), training (IEP development & refresh))
• Support RWE Communications and materials
• Collaborate with cross functional teams; within global and across affiliate countries/regions to identify and prioritize gaps in the execution of observational research
• Facilitate communication of observational research processes across global and affiliate stakeholders
• Lead presentations to stakeholders regarding RWE infrastructure, tools, and data sources
• Support internships for master's students in the UK and US
• Actively adapt and adjust priorities to ensure timely and quality completion of assigned tasks
• Perform other related duties as required by the Department.
Skill Set:
• Proficient in observational study design and methods
• Familiarity with real world data source: US
• Ability to effectively communicate scientific concepts to cross functional teams
• Strong presentation skills
Experience:
Graduate degree in Social Science with at least two years of experience in real world evidence OR
Graduate degree and (5)+ years' experience in real world evidence

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $150- $160 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
