What we need:

The Sr Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing multiple Residential product lines and product data on numerous brand.com websites for Mohawk Industries.

What you'll do:

• Work with Residential Product Development and Product Management teams to determine needs for product launches, review product pipeline, and provide updates on launch status
• Input product launches into Workfront
• Load product specifications and marketing content for new products into Product Information Management system (Inriver)
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to obtain missing or clarify inconsistent data
• Analyze, normalize, and combine data from varying source datasets
• Create and run detailed reports, queries, analysis, and other requests using information provided by managers and other resource data
• Make recommendation for new and revised business policies, procedures and practices incorporating total quality methodologies and concepts
• Reviewing purchase orders from vendors and approving project invoices in SAP
• Track and report budget and invoices related to product launches

What you have:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required.
• 4-6 years of applicable work experience that includes knowledge of Marketing concepts and business operating procedures
• Experience in project management that includes planning, budgeting, financial management analysis, and reporting
• Intermediate to advance proficiency level in the following areas: Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Business Writing concepts and techniques

What you're good at:

• Knowledge of budgeting and expense control to plan, implement and control expenditure while maintaining and improving quality standards

• High level of creativity, ingenuity, and judgment required

• Excellent presentation, oral, written and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with management, internal and external business contacts

• Proven ability to manage/implement projects and/or contribute to concept development

• Problem solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
