As the Sr. Channel Marketing Manager for our Strategic Accounts, you will partner with the Sales Leadership team, your fellow Channel marketing peers, and other key stakeholders to drive growth and retention of our largest and highest-potential accounts. We are looking for a highly energetic, data-driven individual with proven growth marketing experience to support our Multi-Account and Solution Provider segment growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and supporting marketing programs for Constant Contact's offers, services, and programs to drive conversion, attainment, and retention of key KPI's. You will develop customized content for high-priority and key accounts while influencing an ongoing retention and growth program for the long-tail accounts. Additionally, this role will partner with our Product Marketing team to drive enablement on product and program updates to further support the sales functions across the organization.  

What you'll do:

  • Own the strategy for driving growth and long-term retention for strategic accounts within our partner channel.
  • Drive revenue growth with 1:1 ABM plans, targeting list growth, upsell/cross-sell, and upgrade tactics while addressing and decreasing attrition and list contraction.
  • In collaboration with Product and Business Development, build an onboarding and launch process for new Strategic Partners, based on projected potential. 
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and support leadership, product marketing and brand management to achieve top KPI's for our strategic accounts.
  • Reimagine and continuously improve the partner journey, including marketing and sales activities within, for key accounts.
  • Prioritize and execute on marketing requests funneled from cross-functional teams including events, presentations, custom pricing, promotions, etc.
  • Own and maintain all budget inputs for the multi-account channel, actively measuring and reporting out on ROI and CAC
  • Ability to collect feedback and iterate quickly on delivered marketing assets and collateral
  • Drive sales and cross-sell/upgrade assets to arm the sales channels with the knowhow and tools to deliver
  • Support tests and other early state initiatives working to build and define structure and process for a repeatable model  
  • Own delivering the voice of key partners  to product marketing and sales program or features needs that promote conversion and KPI attainment 
Who you are:
  • 7+ years of marketing experience in a high volume telesales environment
  • 5+ years of partner or channel marketing experience 
  • 5+ years of ABM experience with Strategic Accounts
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
  • Data-driven decision maker, continuously looking to improve ROI, CAC, and LTV
  • Experience building and managing a budget and familiar with performance being measured against KPIs
  • Creative thinker, excellent listening skills and strong communicator
  • Very strong written and communication presentation skills
  • Excellent people and management skills; ability to inform and influence colleagues (particularly those in senior level roles), cross-functional teams, and third parties.
  • Experience with and strong cross-site and cross-functional teams 
  • Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits, is crucial 
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com, Word, Excel, and PPT
