Position Summary

The Senior Manager, HRIS leads a global team of HRIS professionals supporting the Teleflex CONNECT (SAP/SuccessFactors) suite of products and other related applications. They collaborate closely with the HR Centers-of-Excellence and Business Process Owners aligned to the HR systems. They also provide support to end-users through the CONNECT Support (Help Desk) function.

Principal Responsibilities

This role represents the customer-facing and HR applications/modules support of the Teleflex HR Technology function. The successful candidate will act as a manager, project manager and consultant to provide a meaningful partnership with various functional groups, including, HR, Payroll, Global Benefits, Global Compensation, Talent Management & Development, Talent Acquisition, and other teams.

Application Support:
• Partners with Teleflex HR functional CoEs towards the design, configuration/implementation, testing, and support of SAP/SuccessFactors modules WorkforceSoftware, EC Service Center (C4C), Work Zone, etc.
• Provides consultative services to HR Business Process Owners related to systems capabilities, product roadmaps, enhancement requests/priorities
• Ensures HCM and related systems/modules configuration integrity through documentation and regular data audits
• Stays aware of industry trends and benchmarks, technologies, and standards in the HR Technology space and makes appropriate recommendations
• Assists with application administrative and shared services support functions across the overall HR Technology function, including Total Rewards project initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, application releases and upgrades, configuration changes, data updates and imports, and other related activities

CONNECT Support:
• Oversees the daily operations of the "CONNECT Support" (HR Technology Help Desk) function
• Communicates customer service objectives, SLA's and goals for team members, related support functions and partners, and helps them reach those goals
• Develops and monitors key metrics (KPIs) to ensure operational effectiveness and implements process improvements as needed
• Stays current on the latest industry trends and techniques related to customer service
• Manages, develops, and implements the communications and change management strategies, plans and training programs related to Global HR Technology
• Provides guidance, mentoring, development and fosters a positive, collaborative and high-performance work environment for the team
• Shares administration responsibilities of the global HCM platform, including contributing to the product releases coordination, previews, release testing and other administrative activities

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor level degree in related field
• 10+ years of experience with HRIS or other Technology Systems and a minimum 3 years of people management experience, preferably with large (5,000+ employees) global organizations
• Strong focus on SAP/SuccessFactors modules preferred
• Conceptual knowledge of payroll and time & attendance processes and practices

• Ability to manage vendors, including managing vendor resources, developing Statements of Work, managing budgets and processing invoices

• Advanced office productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, reporting tools, etc.)
• Strong documentation skills
• Productively challenges existing conventions and able to manage and succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to drive collaboration, responsiveness, and cross-functionality along with customer service within the organization and customer base across the globe

This role is required to be present in the Teleflex, Wayne, PA office at least 3 days per week on our core workdays of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
