The Senior Executive Assistant provides executive support to the assigned executive leadership. The primary responsibility must be to exercise discretion, professionalism and independent judgment, as well as provide the highest levels of executive support and project management. Work includes scheduling, managing, and disseminating Executives calendar, managing schedule and preparing correspondence. This position requires wide latitude of discretion regarding workflow and priorities, in addition to in-depth knowledge of various executives' communication styles, methods of operation, and authorities.
