Based in the heart of South Carolina, we are an Architectural Engineering firm with 57 years of experience in providing multi-disciplinary planning, design, and construction services to the healthcare, education, government, utility, senior living, and hospitality industries. What You Will Be Doing - Overseeing projects from initial planning through construction completion
- Preforming design and implementation of electrical distribution systems for commercial and residential projects
- Preform photometric modeling of exterior & interior lighting systems
- Provide technical specifications and construction administrative services
What You Need for this Position * Must-Have Skills: *

- 5+ years of Electrical Engineering experience in the Architectural/Engineering industry market sectors (commercial, healthcare, institutional, educational, municipal, or industrial properties)
- PE license or EIT
- Revit or similar software experience
- BS in Electrical Engineering

* Nice to Have Skills: *

- Power distribution, lighting, and/or fire alarm design experience
- Low-voltage infrastructure
- Emergency power systems
- Construction administration
- Project management
- Experience building & maintaining relationships with clients
