We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our global EHSS systems and standards, and providing support to the EHSS leadership team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enhancing EHSS systems and standards.
  • Support the document control process, ensuring compliance with internal standards and maintaining an organized approach to EHSS documentation.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to EHSS leadership, including developing documentation/presentations, assisting with travel arrangements, expense reporting, supply ordering, meeting organization/minutes.
  • Identify communication opportunities and establish/maintain effective channels, including designing and distributing the EHSS newsletter, updating digital displays and EHSS intranet, and supporting Awareness Campaigns.
  • Ensure flawless execution of EHSS-related global events, celebrations, and team-building activities, fostering collaboration across sites, including our remote workforce.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement within Global EHSS and support the implementation of effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies and mechanisms.
  • Support EHSS Global training by developing and publishing knowledge-based articles.
  • Track team expenses and assist in identifying opportunities to optimize spend in the Global EHSS Community.

Travel Required:
  • 5-15%

Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of related experience
