Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Growth Projects, the Senior Analyst, Strategic Growth Projects will have the unique opportunity to drive the implementation of strategic agenda of the company, in partnership with cross functional teams. This individual will shape critical initiatives spanning marketing, innovation, and sales during a very exciting time of growth for the company and category. There will be exposure to senior leadership and a wide variety of business challenges. The role is based in Chicago, Illinois and will require < 10% travel.

Ways you will make a difference

* Influencing the company's mid- and long-term strategy through strong synthesis of information
* Developing the strategic rationale for recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
* Shaping and authoring deliverables and strategic frameworks in a clear, impactful, and engaging way
* Playing a key role in the manifestation of Ferrara's points of differentiation domestically and abroad by depth and breadth of understanding of the category
* Liaising cross functionally to facilitate necessary connection points amongst teams, garnering support and alignment for strategic frameworks and projects
* Managing the day-to-day project progression to meet goals and timelines, owning key priority projects from start to finish
* Coordinating, scheduling, and conducting the review of key deliverables and work plan updates

* Strong analytical skills: ability to simplify, shape a clear story from a multitude of qualitative and quantitative inputs and communicate it in an engaging way
* Strong interpersonal skills: empathy, integrity, enthusiasm, collaboration, and ability to influence
* Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to map complex ideas to clear and action-oriented language to maximize influence and buy-in
* Strategic thinking: able to synthesize insights from disparate sources, build thought leadership, and form convicted, high-accountability recommendations
* Ability to communicate effectively to senior leaders, executives, and other functional partners in a concise, and impactful way.
* Project management expertise: understanding of project flow and a bias toward action in moving project along swiftly and appropriately
* Desire to be a supportive and proactive business partner across the organization

Experiences that will support your success

* Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
* 4+ years experience in consulting, marketing, or market research
* CPG industry expertise a plus
