The Sr. Accounting Analyst position is responsible for overseeing the activity between the North American Legal Entities and the Inter-company Trading Partners and Related Party Groups. Primary responsibilities include managing the Inter-company activity for the month-end close process; periodic accounting activities (recharges, royalties, etc.); reporting, and communicating with Inter-company Partners.

• Lead processes and related activities.
• This role will be responsible for individual tasks as well as serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the Inter-company team (associates and analysts).
• This role will also be responsible for driving process improvements, both as a single contributor as well as leading the team.
• Provide accounting support, analysis and corresponding reconciliations and reporting of Intercompany activity, ensuring compliance and adherence to internal and SOX controls. Maintain complete standard operating procedures.
• Lead periodic accounting activities involving the Intercompany partners including related party services recharges, royalties, sundry invoicing, payable and receivable balances detail review.
• Lead efforts to improve and harmonize processes and controls within the Intercompany team, including tools such as Blackline and QlikSense.
• Prepare and review KPI's and dashboards for reporting on the related areas, driving changes as needed to achieve goals.
• Support system projects involving Blackline, SAP, eNERgy, and other related systems.

Annual Salary for this position is $60,000 to 87,000 plus annual variable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Three (3) years accounting or financial analysis experience is required.
• This position is eligible for a hybrid work environment working three (3) days on-site and two (2) days remote/home office.
