Job Summary:
Act as Team Powertrains' Human Resources POC / Liaison and partner with SwRI Human Resource departments (operations, services, benefits, payroll, etc.) to ensure division compliance with SwRI's policies and procedures Develop strong understanding of SwRI's policies and procedures and become the divisions' subject matter expert on all things SwRI HR Handle and direct personnel related matters, exercising strict confidentiality and discretion at all times while addressing complex issues regarding personnel; work closely with division management and SwRI Human Resources to resolve Maintain / track recruiting data; maintain / manage records of personnel-related data, and conduct division onboarding for new hires Use technology and other related business tools to effectively communicate with personnel and management professionally
