    ABOUT THE JOB
    The Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) is comprised of several community based programs providing direct care to over 3,200 clients annually, both on site and in the community.

    The Social Worker provides evidence based psychotherapy to individuals and their families receiving services for mental health and/or substance use disorders at the CCBHC. Additional responsibilities include:

    • Identifying and implementing evidence-based group treatment models that are developmentally and culturally appropriate for the clients receiving services
    • Educating CCBHC staff and clients about group offerings and seek staff and client input in the development of group offerings
    • Identifying and screening clients for appropriateness for groups
    • Maintaining all documentation according to the standards and time frames established by the Jewish Board, regulatory agencies and/or funding sources
    • Conducting outreach to increase engagement in groups
    • Participating in clinical meetings, staff meetings, trainings, and supervision.
    • Maintaining professional behaviors and ethical standards as established by licensing board, relevant professional association and the Jewish Board policies and procedures.
    • Conducting a comprehensive assessment of client's biopsychosocial functioning and presenting issues
    • May carry a small caseload of individual clients.
    • May conduct a minimum of 2-4 groups at any given time based on client and clinic needs.

    This is a part-time, 22 hours per week, position.


    TO QUALIFY
    The Jewish Board is currently looking for a talented Social Workers of all cultures, religions, races, and gender expressions with the following qualifications:

    • Master's degree in social work, a professional license in social work (LMSW or LCSW).
    • Prior experience facilitating groups is a plus.
    • Experience with children, adolescents, and adults required.
    • Prior experience with electronic health records and Microsoft Office
