Holman is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join the Holman Family.
  • Design and implement social media strategies to align with Holman goals
  • Research content to create posts and buyer and audience personas to apply to social strategy
  • Improve brand reach, perception, engagement, audience
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance
  • Provide relevant social media expertise to colleagues in other areas of the business to improve results
  • Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Develop and implement a corporate social media strategy
  • Monitor online activity across geographical areas to ensure compliance with established guidelines and best practice rules for online tools
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance
  • Encourage greater social media participation
  • Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand's social media strategy
  • Research buyer persona and audience and apply to social media strategy
  • Collect, analyze, and make recommendations on social media direction and strategy based on metrics
  • Plan, schedule, post and implement the company's social strategy
  • Collaborate with internal customers and team members and leadership

Education and/or Training:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field.
  • Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
  • Understanding of web traffic metrics, marketing analytics tools, and ad serving tool

Relevant Work Experience:
  • 3-5 years of related experience in enterprises social media or social media consulting
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to be determined or future relevant platforms)
  • Knowledge of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO
  • Creation and execution of digital strategy

Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:
  • Excellent critical thinking, time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills
  • Create a strategic plan, and track towards deliverables on that plan
  • Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret graphs.
  • Report findings using mathematical software.
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
