Security Information Systems, Inc. (SIS), a division of EverCommerce, is seeking a Junior Project Manager/Support Associate to join our team.

We are looking for a candidate with a technical background, who is detailed oriented, has superior organizational skill, and a hunger for growth. As an entry level Project Manager, you will be the focal point for all our ongoing and upcoming projects. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and completion of RFQs and RFPs
  
• Assist in the review and transmitting of project submittals
  
• Organize, compile and distribute drawings
  
• Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
  
• Overview project goals and ensure project goals are achievable
  
• Diagnosis, research and analyze client issues and requests
  
• Assists clients in the implementation of SIS software and hardware systems
  
• Answer the customer support phone lines
  
• Document all interactions and follow proper documentation procedures
  
• Configure clients orders in-house
  
• Participate in application testing and quality assurance
  

Required Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  
• Strong written, verbal, and organization skills
  
• Superior time management and prioritization skills
  
• Experience with hardware and software issues
  
• Strong knowledge of Windows networking
  
• Proficiency with Windows Sever 2008/12/16 and Window 7/10
  
• Candidate must be a team player, have a high energy level and be self-motivated
  
• Must be willing to travel (~30-35% annually)
  
• US Citizenship is required for this position
  
• Must pass background check and obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
  

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
  
• Active Directory and Group Policy Object experience
  
• Proficient with Microsoft SQL
  
• Knowledge of RS232
  
• Security / Alarm Industry experience a plus
