KOCH Finishing Systems, global supplier of automated finishing equipment, is seeking experienced candidates for our Shipping & Receiving position at our Evansville, Indiana location.
The position is responsible for providing general shipping & receiving services for our shop, projects and locations.
Responsibilities:
- Loads, transports, and unloads materials, supplies and equipment.
- Check in deliveries and match inbound product to prints and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Notifies PO requestors by email, phone, or by delivering product to departments when their order has arrived.
- Process requests for package and freight shipments.
- Must have a valid driver's license to operate forklift, company vehicle(s), maneuver, and spot trailers on KOCH property.
- Excellent attention to detail, correctly selecting items from pick list, accurate counting, confirming part configuration and quantity received against PO and packing list
- Computer skills including but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, ERP System, AutoCAD Viewer
- Must be skilled in using hand tools, small power tools and forklifts.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
