As we continue to expand our digital transformation initiatives, we are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Engineer to join our dynamic team.

As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions to support various business functions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and implement effective solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

* Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.

* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize ServiceNow projects.

* Configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.

* Design and implement ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications.

* Perform ServiceNow administration tasks, including user management, access control, and system maintenance.

* Develop ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to monitor key metrics and KPIs.

* Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure reliability and performance.

* Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

* Document technical specifications, deployment procedures, and user guides for ServiceNow solutions.

Education & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

* Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

* Experience with ServiceNow modules and applications, preferably including Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.

* Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles.

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

* Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.

Certifications

* ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) are a plus.

Security Clearance

* Active DoD Secret (preferred).

Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.)

* This position will be primarily remote in the DC area.
