Job Summary

Havel is looking for a Service Manager/PM to run our Service Group and small projects in the Detroit, MI area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee retrofit and rooftop unit replacements
• Direct communication with customer on specific needs
• Quote service repairs
• Manage and run schedule and service jobs
• Manage account relationships with existing and new customers
• Estimate projects to achieve margin goals

Qualifications

• Technical background in HVAC
• Must have excellent people and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to secure new clients
• Organizational skills
• Willingness to travel
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
