They are looking for a competent Service Desk Technician Level 2 to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. An excellent Service Desk Technician must have strong technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.

Required Qualifications:
* 3+ years technology support.
* Proven experience as a Service Desk Technician II
* Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.
* Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Customer-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
* General Experience with Server Environment.
* Install, Configure and Troubleshoot.
* Microsoft Windows 10 Configuration.
* Remote Desktop Services experience.
* Technical certificaiton highly desired.
