Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Help desk Technician for our client in the middle Tennessee area! This role would be responsible for handling tier 1 service requests, incident requests, life cycle management, printer and VPN issues, etc. This is a great opportunity to join a team that is highly collaborative, likes to promote from within, and is part of a growing company within the healthcare industry!

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience as a Service Desk Technician
• Experience troubleshooting PC's, and providing life cycle management
• Experience using VPN to remote into user's machines
• Proficiency in troubleshooting printer problems, password resets,
• Active directory experience such as performing basic resets, creating new employee accounts, onboarding/ off boarding, and group policy
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Professionalism in appearance and actions
