About This Job

Candidate must have desired career path in a Leadership/Management Role and a desire to learn all facets of Securities Processing. As a Wealth Management Senior Utility Specialist, you will gain visibility to many different levels of leadership by assisting front line Managers in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting responsibilities. Additional opportunity to build relationships within the different Securities Processing teams by coaching, leading projects and by developing peer associates in areas of efficiency and process improvement. Essential Functions

  • Assist front line managers in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting responsibilities to provide assistance or head project related tasks as assigned
  • Coach and developer associates in areas of efficiency and process improvement
  • Provide processing backups during periods of high volume and staff absences for various functions within Trust Operations
  • Responsible for the coordination of reconciliation clearance process, problem resolution, project participation, productivity tracking, and providing procedure and process modification suggestions that will lead to process efficiencies and cost reduction
  • Complete tasks independently using a wide variety of systems and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
  • Strong knowledge of the Wealth Management industry, specifically securities processing
  • Ability to navigate many different Financial Institution websites to gather/collect data to post to client accounts
  • Ability to think strategically with a growth mindset and look for ways to streamline processes for efficiency
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education & Experience
  • Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 3+ years trust or financial services experience related to securities, reconciliation and accounting preferred
  • Informal leadership experience preferred
