RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst in Marlborough, MA. This role is currently 100% remote, with the possibility of being remote in the future. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, test, and document internal controls
  • Prepare and review reconciliations and propose journal entries
  • Prepare and review international tax provisions
  • Research related technical issues and document findings
  • Perform special projects as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 2-5+ years of experience
  • CPA/MST is preferred
  • Big 4 or large national experience
  • Experience with commercial clients with corporate tax
  • Experience with SEC clients
  • Experience with ASC 740 tax provisions
  • Strong communication skills
