Senior Tax Accountant Job Title: Senior Tax Accountant
Location: Hybrid Office environment (2 days/wk)
Salary: dependent on experience + bonus
Top Reasons to Work with Us We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Corporate Tax team. This individual will ensure the accurate and timely preparation of the quarterly and annual provisions for income taxes, prepare estimated tax payments and extension calculations, and assist with indirect tax functions.
What You Will Be Doing - Prepare account reconciliations for various tax liabilities and adjustments
- Prepare and file estimated payments and extensions for federal, state and local incomes, and sales and use tax returns.
- Assist and/or manage OneSource updates to quarterly and annual tax provisions
- Prepare work-papers for quarterly provisions and identify relevant book to tax differences
- Manage the departments tax technologies, OneSource Tax Provision, OneSource Income Tax, and Vertex
- Manage and maintain tax calendar
What You Need for this Position - Bachelor's in Accounting or finance-related field
- 3+ years of experience with accounting, income tax, and tax accounting
- OneSource corporate tax software experience is a bonus
- Experience using Alteryx is preferred
