Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience of 3 to 5 years in roles of similar nature.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, with advanced expertise in Excel.
• Previous experience with Navision and Business Central required
• Bank Reconciliation, Journal Entries, Month End Close experience required
• Financial Analysis and Reporting experience in excel required
• Inventory experience required
• Experience distribution or manufacturing experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and meticulously update accounting records and files.
• Record transactions and diligently categorize entries in the general ledger.
• Perform thorough reconciliation of bank statements.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly bank reports.
• Collaborate with management during month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare meticulous documentation for audits.
• Fulfill requests for financial reporting.
• Provide support to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Specialists.
• Report directly to the Accounting Manager, contributing to the enhancement of financial processes.
