The Senior Specialist, Campaign Performance launches, troubleshoots, and measures digital ad campaigns. This role develops, executes, and manages multiple campaigns on a day-to-day basis to ensure consistent ad delivery and performance. Additionally, this position tracks key metrics and analyzes data with the goal of proposing optimization strategies to increase ad effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Operations

  • Develop, execute, and optimize efforts for digital campaigns, including but not limited to: display, rich media, mobile, video, lead generation, streaming audio and OTT
  • Traffic, manage and optimize ad campaigns in Google Ad Manager (Google Ads)
  • Act as the main point of contact for technical issues related to ad functions, including tagging
  • Manage campaign timelines and deliverables across internal and external teams
  • Review targeting instructions, campaign assets, and implementation as part of monitoring the accuracy of campaign launches trafficking and execution processes
  • Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage requests, key milestones, traffic assets, summarize action items and next steps

Reporting & Analytics

  • Implement, track, ensure QA, measure, analyze, and report the performance of multiple advertising campaigns
  • Create detailed performance reports and presentations
  • Propose optimization strategies, leveraging key metrics and KPIs

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5 years' experience managing development, execution, and launch of digital campaigns for mid-to-large organizations and/or agencies
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Adwords (Certification in both is preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and knowledge of media campaign KPIs
  • Strong communication skills when reporting up to management and across the business (written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal)
  • Ability to manage vendors and drive for results
