We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to fill a Senior Relationship Manager position within the transfer agency group of our U.S. Issuer Services business.

A role you will love

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be the primary contact between Computershare and our clients, cultivating valubalbe relationships with all parties involved. In this position, you will apply your strong knowledge of traditional common equity structures and alternative/ American Depositary Receipts (ADR) structures to develop and maintain strong internal and external client interactions. You will work collaboratively within a fast-paced team structure providing solutions, establishing and sustaining strategic plans, by coordinateing major client activities, manageing resolution of operational issues, ensureing compliance with all contractual obligations and all internal operational guidelines and procedures.

Some of your key responsibilities may include:

  • Building and maintaining multiple client relationships, some of which will be global relationships.
  • Understanding the value of each client's business and how to best service their evolving needs
  • Act as the "conductor" of services for all assigned relationships
  • Effectively act as a strategic advisor to clients
  • Communicate new CPU products, services and initiatives
  • Responsible for networking with client, when applicable
  • Identify opportunities to improve client profitability (revenues up/expenses down)
  • Negotiate contracts effectively and ensure client profitability
  • Establish a positive relationship with each client, as a consultative business partner
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Ensures collection of receivables in accordance with Computershare's guidelines
  • Assists key clients in implementing and sustaining a strategic plan based on objectives

What you will bring to the role?

As you've probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for Business Process Improvement, having the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve client success. In this position, you will be resilient in nature and able to adapt quickly and embrace the pace of change we often work at.

Other key skills and experience required for the role include:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in one or a combination of the following areas: transfer agency, alternative structures/ADRs or relationship management, is required
  • Knowledge of transfer agency/registry business and products, including the Legal/regulatory landscape
  • Expertise in various systems, including Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Knowledge of SCRIP, CRMoD, Cosmos, Issuer Online, Investor Center (Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence and interface with multiple levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate flexibility and implement change
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Works independently and displays a take charge attitude

Compensation, The typical base pay range for this role is $80k-94k annually
