RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Arlington, VA. Essential Duties:

• Responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for open positions, assessing requirements for open positions
• Identifying candidates through on- line sourcing
• Pre- screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Scheduling interviews
• Administering employment tests
• Creating a pipeline of candidates
• Conducting background and reference checks
• Onboarding new hires

REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrated knowledge of human resources principles, policies, practices, issues, laws and regulations, especially those pertaining to employment activities
• Demonstrated knowledge of principles and techniques of structured interviewing, including behavior based interviewing techniques
• Ability to develop and apply knowledge of Bloomberg Industry Group's organization, operations, job functions and job requirements, etc., in recruiting activities, including specialized requirements for hard to fill roles
• Strong internet sourcing skills, including Boolean searches and the ability to recruit using both traditional and nontraditional methods
• Ability to build and foster strong relationships hiring managers and executives
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively with people at all levels, both inside and outside Bloomberg Industry Group
• Excellent oral and written communications skills, including presentation skills
