Job Description:

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting larger projects within Studio Labs, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills with a focus on analytics and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong project management leadership for Studio Labs projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Utilize project management tools such as Smart Sheets, Jira, Power BI, and other cloud-based management tools to track project progress and manage resources effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Project for project planning and scheduling.
• Adaptability is key, as the role requires managing multiple responsibilities and wearing various hats to meet project demands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure collaboration and alignment.
• Prioritize projects based on business objectives and resource availability.
• Proficient in Smart Sheets for project tracking and reporting.
• Maintain a polished and professional demeanor in all interactions, both internally and externally.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring the delivery of messages based on audience needs.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to engage and energize team members.
• Show passion and understanding for project goals and objectives, driving team motivation and success.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on analytics and resource management.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smart Sheets, Jira, Power BI, and cloud-based management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project for project planning and scheduling.
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage multiple responsibilities and ad-hoc duties.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages based on audience needs.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to engage and energize team members.
• Passionate and understanding about project goals and objectives.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
