RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Senior PM in Gaithersburg, MD.Key Tasks:

• Manages project plans, critical path analysis, dependency management, issue logs, risk registers and action items
• Successfully mitigates issues and risks by thinking creatively and asking good questions of subject matter experts to problem solve
• Effectively facilitates meetings with participants from all levels of the organization, and publishes structured meeting minutes
• Capable of preparing polished status reports and leadership presentations
• Builds strong relationships with cross-functional teams, communicates effectively and has an understanding of when to escalate if required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Undergraduate degree, equivalent experience, or certification
• 7+ years of experience in information technology project management across diverse application areas and technologies
• 4+ years of experience in leading project teams and implementing enterprise application packages in distributed environments
