RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Payroll Associate in Burlington, Massachusetts (MA) with an exciting spin-off Life-Sciences company! The Senior Payroll Associate will report to the Payroll Manager and responsible for processing payroll for domestic and Canadian entities, utilizing Workday Payroll. This is a full time hybrid role. (3 days/week in-office and 2 days/week remote)Responsibilities:- Day-to-day administration for processing all aspects bi-weekly payroll for 1K+ employees
- Assist with inputting payroll information such as time & attendance, new hires and employee records
- Serve as liaison with payroll and benefits providers
- Compile and interpret financial payroll and data and assist management in making strategic decisions
- Review post-payroll activities such as vendor integrations, general ledger postings, bank funding, and reconciliation activities
- Identify, recommend and implement improved reporting and processes
- Work on special initiatives from analytical projects to employee communications
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS degree in Business or related field (a plus)
- 4-8 year's corporate payroll experience
- Workday Payroll system required
- Exposure to journal entries, reconciliations, and international payroll
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
