Job Description Summary:
What you need to know about the role
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will craft the overarching campaign strategy, roadmap and oversee all campaigns produced by our team. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire our target audience of executive decision makers at enterprise & midmarket companies to grow, optimize and protect their businesses by taking advantage of PayPal's wide array of solutions.

You will join a smart ambitious team who works together to create beautiful customer-centric omnichannel campaigns that leverage data and technology to drive results. As close partners with sales we nurture the full-funnel with lead generation, engagement, pipeline maturation, account based marketing, and cross-sell programs. This is a highly strategic role where you will collaborate with many departments to grow traffic, capture demand, and drive revenue.

Job Description:

Your day to day
  • Develop overarching NA Enterprise campaign strategy, develop campaign roadmap, ensure strategy for each campaign aligns with performance goals.
  • Build relationships across sales, product marketing, website, PR/Comms, revenue enablement, brand, legal & our dedicated agile squad. Consolidate their inputs to inform your strategy while socializing our program's progress and performance.
  • Coach a team of talented individuals to execute campaigns that leverage intent data, email marketing, advertising, events, social media, content syndication, and other channels to reach the right buyers at the right time.
  • Track, measure, and communicate program results, continually optimize for efficiency and scale, and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts.
  • Manage creative agencies by setting priorities, targets, retainer hours, QBRs, as well as vendor management tasks such as vetting, contracts, purchase orders, forecasts, actuals, and invoicing.
  • Influence process optimizations and tech stack enhancements to improve the integration of our sales & marketing activities.

What you need to bring
  • Experience in B2B demand generation or account based marketing across multiple countries, customer segments, and products.
  • Mix of broad & SME depth experience across relevant marketing functions: strategy, content marketing & syndication, intent data, email marketing, advertising, events, social media, direct mail, and out of home
  • Strong analytical skills and obsession with achieving pipeline growth
  • Growth mindset who is energized by testing new tactics, implementing new best practices or creative approaches to obstacles
  • Working knowledge of B2B marketing technology, excel, and salesforce
  • Exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of collaboration and influence in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-time strategic initiatives.
  • Fin-tech, e-commerce and payments understanding highly valued

New York City Only : The pay range for this position is as mentioned below per year, plus annual bonus. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary. All PayPal employees are shareholders in our Company, so equity is part of our total compensation plan. This role is also eligible for health insurance, stock purchase plans, retirement savings benefits, stock awards, life insurance and disability benefits, and paid time off for sick leave, parental leave, vacation and PTO. New York City Salary in USD: $166940 - $206220
