NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Senior Manager, Sports Betting based in Charlotte, NC.

The Senior Manager, Sports Betting is integral to implementing the strategy of achieving NASCAR's goals in the sports betting category, including increasing the handle on NASCAR and helping to grow the sport, at large, utilizing sports betting as the medium.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with sports betting partners
• Work strategically, with NASCAR leadership, to help establish and grow business goals, improve quality of operator offering and buildout existing and future sports betting platforms, including, but not limited to, competition, broadcast and governance
• Liaise with NASCAR's betting sponsors and develop strategic activation plans, leveraging the company's assets, including social, digital, broadcast, events, retail, hospitality, VIP experiences, etc.
• Collaborate and communicate regularly with Partnership Marketing team to develop strategy, assess inventory, and serve as the point of contact for all sports betting inquiries; develop activation plans to grow the AGO category
• Conduct external and outbound research and manage inbound requests, for all fantasy, media, content, free to play and supplier/vendor relationships
• Represent NASCAR professionally in front of C-level executives in the sports betting industry at conferences, on panels, and in media events
• Manage all ongoing contractual relationships with content, influencers, vendors and suppliers
• Dictate the weekly sports betting offering by providing insightful and curated betting markets, such as matchups, and distributing them to NASCAR's network of sports betting partners
• Alongside Competition and in collaboration with the racing teams, assist with integrity efforts in the space to ensure programs are in place for teams, drivers, employees, and all relevant stakeholders
• Partnering with the Digital Media team, provide guidance in the development of an on-platform content strategy that appropriately integrates data and other sports betting content into relevant components across website, mobile apps and social media
• Travel: 25%, including weekends

Required skills / experience:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent and a minimum six (6) years of experience in the gaming or motorsports industry. Must demonstrate a working knowledge of sports betting and an expert knowledge of NASCAR and motorsports
• Proficient on Company provided hardware and software
