Senior Manager, Paid Media - Remote

Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for overseeing paid media efforts of multiple Rentokil-Terminix North America brands to drive customer acquisition. The Senior Manager of Paid Media is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of paid marketing initiatives through digital-focused channels including: Paid Search, Programmatic/Display, Paid Social, Affiliate, Video as well as traditional channels, where relevant (OOH, Radio, broadcast).

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through efficient and effective execution of marketing spend, as well as development and support of the paid media team. This role will manage both internal team members and external partners, including agencies, for strategy and execution of the paid media programs.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage paid media team and programs, including budget tracking, team capacity, quality of work and overall results
  • With Marketing leadership team, develop strategic direction for paid media within each brand
  • Manage and fortify key partner relationships including Google, key affiliates, trading desks and agencies, to maximize value and output from each
  • Support professional team development for the paid media team, including internal and external training/coaching
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to develop reporting standards and testing methodologies and apply to paid media programs
  • Leverage team, resources and self to regularly report on results, including translate Data to Insights and Actions to executive audiences, including Marketing and overall company leadership;
  • Consistently audit programs and outputs to ensure best practices and solutions are applied for continued growth' clearly communicate audit results/opportunities/actions to marketing leadership

CANDIDATE SUMMARY

Required Experience
  • 5 -10 years of paid media / digital experience
  • Experience leading high-performing teams
  • Knowledge of digital tools to communicate with, foster collaboration, and share best practices with marketing and sales professionals a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of digital optimization strategies and best practices.
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
  • This candidate must possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a heightened sense of attention to detail are key characteristics of the perfect candidate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that allow for healthy internal and external relationships are a must.
  • Additionally, strong computer skills including experience with the Google Platform and Office are highly preferred.

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
  • Bachelor's degree in Content Creation and Management; Marketing or Communications experience
  • 5 years of Marketing management experience
  • Knowledge of digital tools to communicate with, foster collaboration, and share best practices with marketing professionals a plus.

  • Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm's reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:
  • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
