Walmart Connect (the digital ad sales arm for Walmart.com, Jet, Hayneedle, Online Grocery, Vudu, etc.) is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full funnel ad solutions leverage Walmart's in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with Walmart consumers, and convert Walmart consumers to shoppers.

Walmart Connect is seeking a Billing Operations Senior Manager to join our fast-growing operations team. The Billing Operations Senior Manager will oversee the billing ops team to ensure strong operational excellence while automate the existing system flows.

Responsibilities

• Key stakeholder in the booked to billed cycle with the ability to improve existing process thru cross functional collaboration with Global Tech & Global Business Support.
  
• Oversee a team of 4-5 associates managing month-end billing and dispute process.
  
• Actively participate in and drive financial system enhancements that streamline revenue operations processes through testing data & functionality and communicate findings to stakeholders for improvising current and new systems
  
• Handle decision making related to escalations and other internal teams queries independently while keeping impacted team informed
  
• Analyzes data and is responsible for highlighting gaps, recommending solutions, driving/influencing inter-function decisions.
  
• Ability to dive deep and analyze data on the process that they support and come up with analysis to justify the operational KPIs
  
• Review sales contracts and insertion orders to verify billing data
  
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding contacts and invoices with an emphasis in effective communications and building strong working relationships.
  
• Act as liaison between Walmart Connect and outsourced Walmart accounts receivable support
  

Minimum Requirements

• BA/BS degree in accounting, math, statistics, business or related discipline
  
• Solid understanding of accounting software and ERP system experience
  
• Advanced Excel Knowledge including Macros, Pivot Tables, and Formulas (arrays, lookups, logical, reference, and text functions)
  
• Proven ability to organize and manage a diverse range of projects, prioritizing multiple tasks with competing deadlines
  
• Proven management track with ability to lead & motivate team, develop long-term operational strategies & handle rapidly shifting business demands
  

Preferred Skills

• Strong presentation skills with ability to lead and steer team meetings. Ability to summarize and report out business results in a succinct manner to senior leaders.
  
• Ability to deal with ambiguity to carry out a process under minimal guidance, Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  
• Ability to work cross functionally to clearly communicate business requirements and follow thru to completion.
