The Sr. Manager Customer Marketing is responsible for directing the strategy of all brand marketing for Claire's Global Concessions. This role will be responsible for creating consumer demand and partner growth by building the short and long-term brand marketing plans for each concession, and developing strategies encompassing all aspects of the marketing mix. This role will partner with the Concessions team to develop marketing to grow the number of concessions partners and to drive sales and profit.

• Work seamlessly with cross functional partners to lead the marketing innovation and cross channel planning process for all global concessions, while capitalizing on internal capabilities, market opportunities and trends to manage and grow the brand.
• Work closely with internal marketing teams and business partner marketing teams to execute brand marketing objectives in line with company brand standards
• Partner with the Buying and Merchandising team to understand variations in the product buys for each partner.
• Establish strong relationships with new and existing concession partners
• Direct and collaborate with Claire's cross-functional partners to ensure effective execution: Business Development, Operations, Legal, In-store Presentation, E-com, Digital Marketing, Brand Comms and Creative teams
• Oversee projects delivered in Concession partner marketing channels and Claire's marketing channels including In-Store display & signage, Web, Print, Digital, Social Media, Events, PR/Influencers, and other opportunities
• Oversee development of graphics and messaging and partner with Design team to bring the Claire's brand to life
• Develop Grand Opening launch plans in partnership with each concession
• Gather, maintain and communicate information related to industry and consumer trends impacting the category. Leverage key insights to further drive product development and sales.
• Proactively work with business partners to track metrics for success.
• Look for cost reduction and cost efficiencies on projects with internal and external resources to achieve results
• Work with Claire's Print Management companies to ensure solid delivery of marketing assets and handle signage requests
• Manage forecasting and reconciliation of concessions marketing budget
• Develop selling proposals for prospective companies
• Manage, mentor, and train direct report to drive sales performance
• Create a positive work environment

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
• 5 - 7 years integrated marketing experience in a grocery or CPG environment
• Experience with print projects
• Demonstrated ability in creating brand marketing plans
• Project and plan completion within deadlines are vital
• Strong organizational, communication and project management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams from ideation to launch
• Highly collaborative position which requires strong ability to influence
• Excellent presentation and Powerpoint skills
• Creativity and flexibility is expected
• Ability to build and nurture external partnerships to grow brand awareness and sales
• Ability to balance strategy work with detailed planning and execution
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and to follow critical path timelines
• Evidence of building and managing relationships within multiple departments and on cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated, proactive, positive, results-oriented approach to work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MAC based programs, InDesign
• Travel up to 25%
