Imagine One is currently seeking a wide range of candidates for "contingent" openings. We are looking for Help Desk Representatives to provide helpdesk support services on an active proposal for a contract providing IT Services supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD).
Experience Requirements:
- Seven (7) years of experience managing an enterprise help desk and utilizing IT Service Management tools.
- Desired: Three (3) years of experience in utilizing the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
- Desired: Three (3) or more years of providing help desk support of networks, web applications, software, and hardware in a Windows operating system environment.
Educational Requirements:

One of the following certifications:
- CCNA Security
- CySA
- GICSP
- GSEC
- Security+
- SSCP
- CND
- Must possess training in a Microsoft computing environment.
- Desired: Associate's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
Security Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active Secret (or Tier 3) DoD Clearance
Additional Requirements:
- Must possess and maintain a Driver's License for potential operation of low-speed Government furnished equipment (utility cart).
